Peer Review Statement

The ARUCAD Journal upholds the highest standards of scholarly publishing by implementing a rigorous and transparent peer review process. Using a double-blind review system, manuscripts are impartially assessed to ensure the quality and credibility of the research published. This policy outlines the procedures, ethical principles, and responsibilities that are integral to the peer review process.

Double-Blind Peer Review

The ARUCAD Journal employs a stringent double-blind peer review system for all submitted research articles, evaluated by external reviewers. This approach ensures the anonymity of both authors and reviewers, minimizing bias and promoting objectivity in the evaluation process.

Peer Review Process

The peer review process supports the editorial team in making informed decisions and enhances the quality of submitted papers through constructive feedback and collaboration with authors. The journal’s peer review procedure is detailed below:

Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts via the journal’s email.

Initial Screening: The Editor-in-Chief or Editor conducts an initial review to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and standards.

Review: If the manuscript meets the criteria, the Editor-in-Chief/Editor assigns two reviewers. The reviewers’ identities remain anonymous to both the authors and each other.

Decision Making: Based on the feedback provided by the reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief decides whether to accept the manuscript, accept it with revisions, or reject it.

Acceptance: Once accepted, the author is notified with an acceptance letter.

Revisions Required: Authors are notified of necessary revisions and given the opportunity to resubmit their manuscript for further consideration.

Rejection: In the case of rejection, the author receives a rejection letter, and the submission is archived.

Layout Editing: The Editor formats the manuscript into a finalized article, preparing it for publication in both PDF and HTML formats.
