Call for Extended Abstracts

 As anticipated ARUCAD Journal will launch its first issue in September 2023. You are kindly invited to contribute to the first issue of ARUCAD Journal by submitting an extended abstract. The topic of the extended abstract can cover a brief summary of your educational activity in one of the major courses which you have taught during the Fall and Spring 2022-2023 academic year. You can briefly describe the following points in your extended abstract: 1) general description of the course, 2) aim of the course, 3) type of the activity defined, 4) learning outcomes, 5) description of one or two student’s successful sample projects. The extended abstract can contain two, three or more paragraphs. You can add figures to your extended abstract. 

Word limits: between 500 words to 1000 words. 

Referencing: References should be listed in alphabetical order and it should follow the APA Manual style. 

Preparing figures: All Figures should be inserted into the main text close to their first citation and must be numbered following their number of appearance (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). All Figures, Schemes and Tables should have a short explanatory title and caption. The figures resolution should be 300 dpi or higher.

TITLE (ARIAL FONT, 14 FONT SIZE, BOLD, ALL CAPS, CENTERED) 

Author’s Name and Surname (10 font size-align left) 

Organization of author; e-mail (10 font size-align left) 

General description of the course (The main body of the text should be Arial font with 12 points. Text must be typed in 1.5 lines spacing and aligned left). 

Aim of the course, 

Type of the activity defined, 

Learning outcomes, 

Description of one or two student’s successful sample projects. 

References: 

The style and punctuation of the references must follow the APA referencing style. References in the manuscript must give the surname of the author and the year of publication in round brackets. The references must be listed in alphabetical order of authors’ names and in chronological order for each
